No. It highlights technical points and documents that need follow-up. Formal checks must be performed by the appointed licensed professionals.
02Can you estimate renovation costs?+
I can provide a preliminary scale for the main works. An executable quote requires a design, quantities and contractor proposals.
03Is it useful for a newly renovated home?+
Yes. Recent finishes do not automatically prove the quality of systems, substrates, waterproofing or concealed works.
04When should the inspection happen?+
